What is faithworks?

A scenic landscape features a large leafless tree on the left, a wooden cross on the right, and a couple walking hand-in-hand in the distance, with mountains and a cloudy sky in the background.

FaithWorks is a Christian outreach ministry dedicated to serving churches and local communities through prayer, teaching, and meaningful connection. Our mission is to come alongside congregations and ministry leaders to cultivate environments where spiritual growth is nurtured and faith becomes active beyond Sunday mornings.

At FaithWorks, we envision a thriving community where faith is strengthened, love is lived out through action, hope is restored, and every person feels encouraged and supported because they have been intentionally poured into. We believe that when individuals are equipped and uplifted, entire communities are transformed.

Through men’s and women’s ministries, we partner with churches by providing engaging speakers for sermons, conferences, Sunday school gatherings, and small group settings. We also attend and host outreach events, prayer gatherings, and community initiatives that create opportunities for fellowship and encouragement. In addition, we develop thoughtful resources designed to inspire believers to live out their faith with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

At the heart of FaithWorks is a simple commitment: to strengthen the body of Christ by pouring into others so they, in turn, can pour into their communities.

Callie homeschooled her 3 children for 22 years, while working in ministry, moving cross country and back multiple times, and finally planting roots in Alabama.

In recent years, Callie has become the Pastor of Care & Counseling at Church on the Rock in Calera, Alabama, where she started Cornerstone Counseling Ministry. Believing that everyone should have access to counseling and that the word of God speaks life and is able to change and restore lives.

Callie has more than 30 yrs of experience in church ministry, having served in almost all areas of the church. She has a servant's heart and a passion for people. Callie has multiple certifications and in depth training in Biblical Counseling, Biblical Studies, church leadership, women’s and children’s ministries.

God put a deep desire in Callie’s heart to go beyond the walls of the church and pour into the community the love of Christ. With a passion for seeing people encouraged, supported, and valued, FaithWorks Ministries became a real vision of what a community would look like when walking side by side and truly being the hands & feet of Jesus.

Callie believes that by pouring into people, in real, tangible ways, we can change the landscape of our communities and create a positive and caring environment where needs are met, people feel supported, and real ministry is taking place.
