Meet the Women of FaithWorks
These women are speakers of FaithWorks, but they each also have their own unique strengths and are working in their communities in many ways. Continue below to learn more.
Amanda Glover
Amanda Glover is a licensed minister in the Church of God, author of Discipled and Caffeinated, and creator of three verse-mapping workbooks designed to help believers grow deeper in God’s Word. Known for her compassionate heart, integrity, and commitment to excellence in ministry, Amanda believes that serving the Lord deserves our very best—giving 100 percent is not optional, it is necessary. She has a unique ability to listen, encourage, and speak life into women who may feel unseen, reminding them that God’s promises are still true even when seasons make Jeremiah 29:11 difficult to see.
Amanda serves as Women’s Ministries Secretary, teaches the ladies’ Sunday School class, and is part of the intercessory prayer team at her home church. She and her husband, Rob, are both pursuing ordination in the Church of God. Amanda is a devoted mother to Avalynn and Nora and wife to Rob Glover.
Amy Shoebridge
Amy Shoebridge lives in Alabaster, Alabama and has been married to her husband, Jason, for nearly 21 years. As a young teenager, Amy encountered the Lord when He met her in the midst of deep personal brokenness. In a time when she felt unseen, rejected, and unloved, she experienced the saving love and grace of God in a powerful way that forever changed the course of her life. Because of the way God met her in that place, Amy developed a deep compassion for women who carry wounds from their past.
In her late teens and early twenties, Amy began to sense God placing a call on her heart to minister to broken and hurting women. At 20 years old, she completed a nine-month ministry internship that helped lay a strong foundation for her heart in ministry and her desire to encourage others in their walk with Christ.
Having walked through difficult seasons and personal hardships, Amy carries a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness, grace, and the perseverance that comes from trusting Him through life’s trials. Her heart is to encourage women who feel unseen, rejected, or discouraged and remind them that they are deeply loved by God and that their lives hold great worth and purpose in Him.
Amy also has a deep heart for prayer and is passionate about helping others discover how the truth of God’s Word and the confession of our faith can bring hope, healing, and transformation. She loves worship and strives to live her life as an act of worship to the Lord, seeking to reflect His love and grace in every area of her life.
Lani George
Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, Lani has lived and worked in Shelby County for the last 37 years. She was blessed to be born into a Christian family and began her own personal walk with Jesus at 6 years old. Very early in life, she realized she had a gift for teaching and as a young adult, discovered her calling to work with teenagers. She has an authentic faith and loves teaching the truth of God’s Word while making it relevant, along with adding in personal stories and having fun! During her 25 years of working in youth ministry, she taught Sunday school, small group Bible studies, discipled one-on-one and spoke to large groups.
Lani has a background in interior design and business and worked in the home decor industry for over 25 years. Last year, at 50 years of age, God blessed her with the opportunity to start her own business, Jubilee Gift Market in Montevallo, AL, even in the midst of dealing with the pain of a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis and experiencing a personal loss.
Lani lives a full and satisfying life as a single person; she has never been married and has no kids, but she loves being an aunt to her niece and nephew. She has enjoyed a life filled with travel and adventure, peace and quiet, and above all, purpose. She can’t wait to see how God continues to write her story, knowing that He is able to do far more than she could ever ask or imagine!
Stacy Pavey
Stacy Pavey has been married for 30 years to the man who still keeps her on her toes. She’s a proud mom of three and a delighted grandmother to one adorable grandchild. A lifelong Pelham/Alabaster resident, Stacy serves as the director of a daycare, while her husband works in sales and construction.
Weekends often find her soaking up lake life, escaping to the mountains when possible, or spreading extra joy in the winter months as Mrs. Claus alongside her Santa. Stacy is very active at Cultivate Church, where she loves helping women grow, heal, and step confidently into who God created them to be.
She holds a leadership role in Celebrate Recovery, is deeply involved in jail ministry, and has a heart for redemption and restoration. When she’s not serving, you’ll likely find her with a good book and a full cup of coffee.
Tramaine Jackson
Tramaine Jackson is a wife and homeschooling mom of two. Her favorite scripture is Romans 12:2 which says, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect..“ Tramaine strives to make mind renewal through the Word of God a part of her everyday life, as well as instill this principle into her children.
Tramaine was raised in the church and served for many years in the youth choir. During high school, Tramaine registered for a modern dance in an effort to avoid physical education, and a passion for dance was birthed. That passion turned into dancing throughout the duration of high school, dance line at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and multiple dance ministries. Eventually, her passion for dance would lead her to a passion for the ministry and worship through movement. Tramaine still fulfills her passion for dance and ministry by working with the dance ministry in her church and in a different capacity while working on the business side of a local Christian dance studio.
Tramaine holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and uses her education and love for helping people as a Life Coach. Additionally, Tramaine serves the media and production ministry of her church.
Tramaine joined FaithWorks Ministries, LLC in 2026 and is looking forward to partnering with others to further the kingdom of God and serve His people.
